General Shipping & Tax ChargesWe ship either UPS or USPS depending on the location and the size of the package. We choose the best solution for you and your order. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shipping estimates are to help you get an idea of the what the cost may be for shipping that product.
We charge tax for items being shipped within the state of Oregon and since the state of Oregon has no sales tax it makes it easy for us to calculate tax.
Orders generally ship same day on in-stock orders received before 1:00 p.m. PST weekdays. With most orders shipped from our store, most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. even though we are physically open Saturday and Sunday, these are not considered business days.
Out of Stock ItemsWe try our best to only offer products that are in stock on our website but at times our inventory may be off in which case we contact you immediately to alert you of the problem so that way you can make a new selection or cancel the order.
Order StatusWhile we take great pride in our ability to ship your orders quickly, we understand the importance of knowing when it will actually arrive. As you complete the order process, we attempt to give you an accurate estimate of when your order will be delivered. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. With this number, you can find out the exact status of your shipment 24 hours a day.
